You can connect yourself through your Facebook account or your email address:

– To connect through your Facebook account, you must first activate the Facebook connection in the settings of your Iphone. This process isn’t necessary with an Android device.

– If you wish to connect through your email, you must first introduce the secret key which is automatically sent to your mailbox.

For an optimal use, we advice you to share only 5***** addresses and to invite only people whose recommandations are relevant for you!

-2 – Enter the name of the shop then press the local search icon in the “Town/City” window. Enter the name of the city if you’re looking for a shop abroad.

-3-  Select your favorite from the search results and use the gold star on the page to add the place to your tops. Then simply leave a comment for your friends and select the category(ies) of your choice. Finally, save your top and share it instantly with your friends!

Simply enter the category or name of the place that you’re looking for via the search window on the top right of the homepage screen or via the ‘Add a top’ action button. We use the Google database. Your favorite needs to be on Google Places in order to be found.

The category tabs on the homepage screen are short-cuts to your tops and those of your friends. You can select your categories via the filters that you can access via your personal section.

All your tops and those of your friends are listed in your personal section, which is accessed by touching the 3-bar icon on the top-left of the homepage screen.

You can access the TiPTOP5 geo-local map via the category tabs or via your “My tops” page. Press the map icon on the top right and you’ll see your favorites and those of your friends.

Your friends’ tops are shown by single-coloured tags. Your tops are two-coloured. The gold star shows the top’s you have added in your personal ‘to do’ list.

You can use the filters at the bottom to change category or see only a friend’s tops in a specific category.

If the visible command button is activated, you will be visible to your friends on the map, which is very useful for meeting up. Simply de-activate the command button to become invisible.

You can invite your friends in your personal section available through the toolbar. All the contacts from your address book will be uploaded. You can them unselect the email addresses you don’t wish to send the friend’s request to.

You can also invite a specific contact. Touch therefore the ‘INVITE A FRIEND’ action button available on your home screen. Introduce his email address and confirm request through the ‘INVITE’ action button.

You may at any time select or unselect your subscriber friends and choose who to follow or not via the “My friends” page in the browser menu.
